The questions a business website must answer before design can turn attention into confidence.

A website is often treated as a container for information. Customers experience it as evidence.

Every page contributes to a judgement: whether the business understands the problem, can do the work, and will be straightforward to deal with.

What It Proves

A useful website should make four things clear:

  • what the business helps someone accomplish;
  • who the offer is designed for;
  • what evidence supports the promise;
  • what the visitor can do next.

Visual polish can strengthen that argument, but it cannot replace missing proof. A beautiful page that leaves the offer uncertain still creates uncertainty.

Build The Path

Imagine hiring an interior designer. Finished rooms show the work, but you may also want to know who will manage the project, how the process runs and what the first conversation involves.

Build the page around those questions. Put relevant examples and answers where people need them, then make the next step clear.
