Case studyHRM Asia

The complexity stayed behind the form.

We built one regional website that adapted registration options, attendee details, totals, and payments around each visitor’s choices.

The CHRO Series was already established. Our role was to translate it into a clear digital experience and make a complicated registration process easier to complete.

One series, five different markets

The CHRO Series already had its concept and event structure. What it lacked was a coherent digital experience for presenting the series across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

Each market needed its own speakers, agenda, ticket information, and event details. At the same time, visitors needed to recognise that every event belonged to the same regional series.

We developed the website messaging, information structure, interface, visual system, and underlying data structure around this balance.

Shared elements created consistency across the platform, while market-specific pages gave each event room to communicate what was locally relevant.

A form that understood the booking

The most demanding part of the project happened after someone decided to attend.

Registration involved more than collecting contact information. Available options and payment totals could change according to the market, ticket selection, attendee count, and choices made earlier in the form.

We built a registration form that changed with each booking choice.

Relevant options appeared only when needed. Totals were calculated from the selected combination. Ticket selection, attendee information, and regional payment requirements were brought into one guided flow.

This reduced the need for visitors to interpret separate rules or calculate the correct payment themselves.

The form adjusts available options and calculates the total according to each registration.

Working within WordPress

The website had to operate within HRM Asia’s existing WordPress environment, which limited the freedom normally available in a fully custom application.

We engineered the registration logic within those constraints rather than separating it into another platform.

Stripe handled payments, while HubSpot received registration data for the internal team. The visitor experienced one continuous journey even though several systems were working behind it.

Making the difficult part feel ordinary

The same website handled bookings across five markets, calculated the correct payment and passed registration details to the team’s existing tools.

Visitors could make their selections, provide the relevant attendee information, see the correct total, and complete payment without needing to understand the rules operating behind the form.

For HRM Asia, those decisions arrived through a more structured registration system connected to the tools its team already used.

Visitors could focus on choosing their event and tickets; the form handled the changing options and totals.
