Case studyCNPLaw
Routine website updates fell from a full working day to approximately 5–10 minutes. Clients also gained a clearer way to find the help they needed.
FableForce
CNPLaw's website had accumulated three page builders, hard-to-control pop-ups, and dated layouts. Routine changes took a full working day, while legal jargon made the firm harder for potential clients to navigate.
CNPLaw had spent decades building its reputation. Its website had become much harder to maintain.
Three different page builders had been layered into the same site. Pop-ups were difficult to control. Layouts behaved inconsistently, and a routine update to a lawyer profile or article could occupy an entire working day.
The problem extended beyond the technology.
Legal services were often described through the language of the profession rather than the concerns bringing prospective clients to the firm. People could find information, but they had to work too hard to understand what it meant for them.
People rarely approach a law firm thinking first about a practice category. They arrive with a business decision, a dispute, a transaction, or a personal matter they need help navigating.
We used that perspective to reconsider how CNPLaw explained itself.
The writing became more human and direct. Services were introduced through recognisable client needs before moving into legal detail. Dense passages were tightened, and information was arranged so visitors could understand the firm's capabilities without already knowing legal terminology.
Visitors could start with the matter they needed help with, then read the relevant legal detail.
The existing website could not support the experience we wanted to create, so we rebuilt it from the ground up.
We reorganised the services, lawyer profiles and articles so visitors could move between related information. The team gained consistent layouts for publishing new material without rebuilding a page each time.
We replaced three overlapping page builders with one publishing system. Shared layouts kept lawyer profiles, services, articles and recognition consistent.
The marketer who previously needed a full working day for a routine update could now complete the same task in approximately 5–10 minutes.
The rebuilt website gave CNPLaw a more approachable way to explain its work and a more reliable way to keep that explanation current.
Clients could find relevant expertise more easily. The marketer could keep that information current without losing a day to routine changes.
