More than four years of support across different teams, formats, and deadlines.
FableForce
One team needed a LinkedIn campaign. Another needed a virtual seminar brought to life. Others needed content, photography, video, or help with an unexpected deadline. FableForce became a partner they could bring into each situation without starting from the beginning.
Large organisations rarely have one marketing need shared neatly across the entire business.
One team may need help explaining a complex subject. Another may be preparing a campaign. A third may have an event approaching and need someone who can handle the collateral, photography, and video without creating more work for the people already managing it.
That was how our relationship with Willis Towers Watson developed.
Between 2020 and 2024, different teams engaged FableForce for different assignments. The work was not continuous or confined to a single scope. The relationship grew through repeat briefs whenever the company needed an external partner who could understand the requirement quickly and adapt to what came next.
As a global advisory and corporate brokerage business, Willis Towers Watson works across subjects that can be highly specialised.
FableForce provided white-label content support around areas including claims. The writing had to make complex information easier to follow while remaining appropriate for an established global organisation and its intended audience.
Some assignments also involved editing content produced for a high-value client. One particularly demanding brief arrived under a tight deadline, with the final material due for public release.
There was little room for a long learning curve. The work needed careful editing, sound judgement, and reliable delivery within the time available.
For eight months, FableForce supported Willis Towers Watson with LinkedIn campaign creation and management.
This extended beyond supplying isolated pieces of copy. We helped develop and manage campaigns as they moved from content and creative preparation into execution.
The work gave the internal team a partner who could carry the campaign forward while keeping its messaging and presentation aligned with the wider organisation.
When in-person gatherings became difficult during COVID-19, Willis Towers Watson introduced a series of virtual seminars.
The format had changed, but expectations had not. Each session still needed to feel organised, credible, and recognisably part of the company.
FableForce helped set up the virtual seminars and created the supporting graphics, including banners and other event collateral. Together, these elements gave each session a clear and consistent presence even when everyone was attending through a screen.
The event brought professionals together to explore how technology and data were changing the insurance industry.
Across four breakout sessions, speakers examined faster analytics deployment, advances in claims AI, machine-led portfolio monitoring, and new developments in health insurance. Between sessions, attendees continued the conversation, exchanging perspectives with peers facing many of the same changes.
FableForce provided photography and videography throughout the day. We captured the speakers, audience reactions, breakout discussions, and conversations unfolding beyond the stage, creating a visual record of both the ideas shared and the professional community gathered around them.
The finished assets allowed Willis Towers Watson to preserve the occasion and carry its insights beyond the room.
The assignments varied considerably. That became part of the value of the relationship.
FableForce could move from specialised content to campaign management, then from virtual seminar production to event photography and video. Different teams did not need a separate partner every time the format changed.
Just as importantly, they could bring us an unusual or last-minute request and trust us to understand what was needed, recommend a practical way forward, and see it through.
The clearest evidence was not a single campaign figure. It was that Willis Towers Watson’s teams continued returning with different briefs over more than four years.
What began as one engagement developed into an on-and-off working relationship spanning content, LinkedIn campaigns, virtual seminars, event collateral, photography, and videography.
The work changed because their needs changed. The reason they returned remained consistent: FableForce could enter a demanding situation, understand it quickly, and make it easier for the internal team to move forward.
“John and his team were great partners to work with. He understood our business requirements right at the start of the collaboration, and gave very good recommendations throughout the engagement. Communication with the team was seamless, and they always go above and beyond when handed an out-of-pocket brief/request.”
