About KAIGA

KAIGA began with a simple observation: collectors had no shortage of places to buy, but finding the right item at a fair price often meant searching across fragmented marketplaces, navigating overseas sellers and deciding who to trust.

FableForce created KAIGA to make that experience easier.

What began with Pokémon cards has grown into a multi-channel collectibles business spanning Carousell, Shopee, Telegram, its own website and physical events. Behind the storefront is an operation that handles everything from sourcing and pricing to cataloguing, fulfilment and customer service.

While trading cards remain an important part of KAIGA, the business is not defined by one franchise, category or country. KAIGA is building a wider way for collectors in Singapore to discover interesting collectibles from across the region.

Today, KAIGA serves a growing community of collectors. The marketplaces carry a visible record of that trust:

Carousell reviews
8,000+
Customer feedback recorded on Carousell.
Shopee reviews
10,000+
Customer feedback recorded on Shopee.

It continues to explore new categories, sourcing channels and ways for collectors to find and secure the things they love.

Why it matters

KAIGA is where FableForce’s ideas meet the realities of running a business.

There is no client brief and no handover after launch. FableForce identified the opportunity, invested its own resources and remains responsible for what happens next—from the business model and sourcing operation to the brand, technology, customer experience and growth channels.

That responsibility changes how decisions are made. An idea must work beyond the presentation. It must survive real customers, operational constraints, changing demand and the economics of every sale.

Each enquiry, purchase, bottleneck and customer response gives FableForce new evidence. That evidence shapes what KAIGA improves, builds or tests next.

KAIGA is living proof of what FableForce means by shaping, building and growing businesses—not only for clients or alongside partners, but with its own resources, decisions and outcomes at stake.
