Case studyDassault Systèmes
We turned detailed 3DEXPERIENCE material into three brochures and one event flyer that plant teams could quickly follow.
FableForce
Dassault Systèmes had substantial technical material for an oil and gas forum in Indonesia. Our task was to determine what visitors needed to understand first, then condense the information into clear visual stories.
The 3DEXPERIENCE platform could support turnaround planning, workforce training, maintenance, shared operational data, and virtual simulation.
That depth was valuable. It also made the platform difficult to explain through materials people might encounter briefly at an event.
Beginning with product architecture and technical features would leave visitors to determine the relevance for themselves. The materials needed to preserve the substance while providing a much faster way into it.
Dassault Systèmes provided the technical source material. We studied it, identified the most relevant ideas, and reorganised them around situations plant teams already understood.
Lost production time.
Safety risks.
Workforce readiness.
Disconnected operational data.
Knowledge leaving with experienced employees.
Each story began with the work and its consequences. The software followed as the means of improving it.
This allowed the materials to remain technically credible without requiring readers to understand the entire platform before recognising why it mattered.
We developed three brochures, each providing a different route into the platform.
The Digital Turnaround Management brochure showed how connected information and virtual planning could support the work of returning a plant to service.
The Immersive Learning Management brochure focused on workforce readiness, experience capture, and learning through realistic operational environments.
The 3DEXPERIENCE VR Learning Platform brochure connected plant information, training content, field operations, and maintenance simulation within one shared environment.
The event flyer then condensed the wider proposition into a single invitation to continue the conversation at the booth.

We created the information structure, writing, layouts, and visual storytelling for all three brochures from scratch.
Technical ideas were divided into shorter sections, arranged into a deliberate reading sequence, and supported by visual hierarchy that helped readers distinguish problems, capabilities, processes, and benefits.
Writing and design were developed together. The goal was not simply to reduce the amount of information, but to make every page easier to enter and follow.

The result was three substantial technical subjects transformed into concise, event-ready stories without removing the engineering detail that gave them credibility.
Each brochure gave plant teams a familiar way into the platform, while the event flyer brought the wider proposition together as one clear invitation.
Dassault Systèmes supplied the expertise. FableForce made that expertise easier to encounter, understand, and discuss.
