Case studyB-Robotics
We helped B-Robotics and its parent company SHADO turn several complex technologies into stories investors and partners could follow.
FableForce
SHADO was working towards the electrification of India. B-Robotics was developing modular robots for commercial operations. The technologies were different, but they faced the same problem: their value was difficult to understand from the engineering alone.
SHADO Group had an ambitious vision for electric transport in India.
Its ELECTRANS conversion powertrain, multispeed transmission, ultracapacitor battery system, and ERICK electric three-wheeler were different parts of that vision. Together, they represented a possible route towards electrification through commercial fleets.
B-Robotics, operating under SHADO, was pursuing a separate commercial opportunity.
Its modular robots were designed to automate everyday operations. S-Cargo transported cargo. S-Clean supported cleaning operations. S-Pree handled shopping deliveries. Fast charging helped the robots return to work quickly, while a central software system coordinated them as a fleet.
The relationship between these businesses was clear internally. To an investor or prospective partner encountering them for the first time, it was much harder to follow.
Names such as “Patented Infinitely Variable Transmission” accurately described the technology, but not why it mattered.
B-Robotics faced the same problem. Fast charging, modular construction, and fleet software were individually compelling, but presenting them as separate features made the commercial opportunity harder to see.
The challenge was not to remove the technical substance. It was to give people a reason to care before asking them to understand the engineering.
For SHADO, that meant explaining how its technologies supported a wider ambition to electrify commercial transport in India.
For B-Robotics, it meant showing how one coordinated robotics platform could support several forms of commercial work.
We reviewed the competitive landscape and sharpened the way the businesses presented their technologies, intended markets, and commercial potential.
SHADO’s product stories connected the vehicle, underlying technology, and planned use. Technical explanations remained, but they now supported a clearer account of how ELECTRANS and ERICK contributed to the wider mission.
For B-Robotics, we organised the proposition around the work its robots could perform.
S-Cargo, S-Clean, and S-Pree were not simply three robot concepts. They demonstrated how a modular platform could be adapted across cargo movement, cleaning, and shopping delivery. Fast charging reduced operational interruptions, while the fleet software showed how multiple robots could be managed as one system.
This gave investors and partners a simpler way into the business: begin with the commercial operation, then understand the technology that made it possible.

We developed the pitch deck, investor teaser, business plan, brochures, websites, and supporting product content.
Each piece served a different conversation while preserving the same underlying logic. The brochures introduced individual technologies. The websites made the wider propositions accessible. The investor materials connected the engineering to the market opportunity and plans for growth.
Someone encountering SHADO or B-Robotics through different materials no longer had to reconstruct the business for themselves.
The group’s ambition, the role of each company, and the value of each technology became easier to follow.
The materials helped B-Robotics secure investor meetings and investment offers while generating interest from prospective partners.
The clearer SHADO product stories also supported its investor and media communications. Autocar India, Mercom India, and Franchise India later featured the company. SHADO announced plans for a Pune factory with more than US$10 million in investment and capacity for 1,000 units a month.
These developments belonged to the companies and their teams. Our contribution was making a complex portfolio of technologies easier for outsiders to understand when important conversations began.
“We needed everything—pitch deck, website, business plan, investor teaser—and we needed it to tell one coherent story. FableForce delivered the full suite under one roof. The materials they created helped us secure investment offers.”
