Case study / Assurance Partners

Finally live.

After three incomplete attempts, Assurance Partners launched a website designed to turn interest into enquiries.

The firm did not need another attractive website that stopped at getting people through the door. It needed a clear, credible experience that gave businesses a reason to stay, understand the services, and take the next step.

Three attempts. No launch.

Assurance Partners came to us after three agencies had tried, but had not managed, to complete its new website.

The firm had the experience to support businesses across accounting, audit, tax, corporate secretarial work, due diligence, outsourcing, and recovery. Online, however, that breadth was difficult to understand. The existing site compressed major services into broad summaries and gave prospective clients little reason to keep reading.

The immediate task was to get the website finished. The more important task was to make it useful once it went live.

After they arrive

Our review of competing accounting firms revealed a familiar pattern. Many websites were built to attract visitors, but paid less attention to what happened after they arrived.

Accounting is necessary, but rarely something a business owner wants to spend an afternoon reading about. A longer website would not automatically be a more persuasive one. Every page needed to answer the right questions quickly, explain why the service mattered, and make the next step feel straightforward.

We planned each page around the visitor’s next decision: understand the service, see why the firm could help, then make an enquiry.

The old homepage relied on generic corporate imagery and brief service summaries, making the firm's expertise difficult to distinguish.

We rebuilt the homepage around clearer positioning, stronger trust signals, distinct service pathways, and visible moments to enquire.

Questions first

We gave every major service its own space rather than asking visitors to interpret a long, generic list.

The writing began with the pressures businesses actually face: reporting obligations, compliance deadlines, unreliable records, transaction uncertainty, and the operational burden of managing non-core work. Technical detail was included where it helped a decision, not simply to demonstrate expertise.

Short explanations and answers to common questions helped visitors compare the services. Each page made it clear how to contact the firm. Search work helped people find those pages when they were already looking for help.

Enquiries followed

The website began generating enquiries after launch and continues to do so today. We cannot attribute every resulting engagement to one channel, but the website and advertising contributed to the firm's sales activity by turning relevant interest into opportunities to speak.

The launch also became the start of a broader 16-month relationship. We carried the same clearer market presence into partner profiles, LinkedIn, sales materials, and nine months of Google Ads management.

After three unsuccessful attempts to launch, the firm had a website bringing in enquiries.

“After three failed attempts with other agencies, we'd almost given up on getting our website done. FableForce delivered what others couldn't—a professional website that actually launched. But what started as a website project became so much more: LinkedIn optimisation, marketing collateral, and nine months of Google Ads management.”
